People line up at Valley Target stores for Starbucks Stanley Cup

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — Shoppers lined up in the rain to get their hands on an exclusive Starbucks Stanley cup that went on sale Wednesday morning.

Stanley cups made their way into Target last May, with a Starbucks collaboration.

More cups were released in November, and people didn’t mind waiting for the pink Winter edition of the reusable cup.

Stores offered only a limited number of cups and limited how many customers could buy.

Shoppers we spoke with say they’re excited to sip from the new-colored cup.

The cups retail for just under $50.

While most customers we spoke with say they plan to keep the cups or give them to friends for Valentine’s Day, other shoppers are hoping to turn a profit.

The cups are already selling on eBay for over $200 each.
