Paso Robles, CA- January 8, 2024 – Due to the continued water meter read delays, your January 1 water/sewer bill will be delayed. We anticipate that printed bills will be mailed around the 17th of January, with electronic bills available around that time as well. Customers that receive a paper bill in the mail will likely receive the bill around January 22nd – 25th.
What does this mean?
- If you are enrolled in auto-pay, your billed amount will still process on January 20th. This may be before you receive your bill in the mail and as such, if you would like a copy prior to the auto-pay date, you can do so by logging into your online account at www.invoicecloud.com/pasoroblesca, or contacting our office at (805) 237-3996 or by email at [email protected].
- If you pay your bill via check or cash, please note that no penalties for late payments will be applied due to the delay in receiving your bill. Please pay at your convenience upon receipt.
- We will continue to monitor the potential effects these delays may have on the annual seasonal sewer calculations and will provide further information as it becomes available.
